Do you accept credit cards?
Yes we accept all major credit cards.
There is an option at checkout if you like to use another form of payment (credit card) or if you like to use Paypal.
Do you accept Paypal?
We can also accept payment through your Paypal account. Paying through Paypal is one of safest way to send payment. All major cards are accepted using PayPal. Do you accept money orders or checks?
Yes we accept United States Postal Money Orders or Domestic Checks.
Just email us which piece you would like and we will set it aside for you for 10 days.
Checks will take 5 business days to process, and money orders will take 2 business days. International money orders can be accepted but will take 2 weeks to process. Let us know and we will email you our address on where to send the payment to. Please insured your envelope before sending.
What are your refund policys?
I want you to be satisfied with your purchase:) If you need to return your piece, we will refund your payment as soon as we receive the item in it's unused original packaging within 10 days of purchase.
We can also exchange another piece out for you of equal price.
No returns on custom orders or sale items.
Whats are the shipping charges?
The pricing for shipping has slightly gone up due to the post office raising their prices.
I also would need a delivery confirmation on all packages so we both know it arrived to you safe and sound:)
All packages will have a delivery confirmation tracking number.
*Flat $3.50 shipping on all Domestic orders (first class with delivery confirmation) normally takes between 2-7 days.
*$13.00 for Canadian orders(registered mail with return signature delivery) normally takes between 3-10 days.
*$15.00 on all other International orders(registered mail with return signature delivery) normally takes between 3-10 days.
*Please note that delivery times can take longer. I'm won't be held responsible for the time it takes to get to you, it is up to the post office on how quick they deliver (holidays and the weather play a huge part in delays)
I do have an option for overnight express delivery at checkout which is $20.
* All packages will be sent after 5pm.
For overnight express delivery- Example: if you purchase an item on monday, the package will be sent after 5pm and will reach you by noon on weds.
